Dear Rekha,
I don't have a Time Attendance Policy, but yes, I can help you out with some Attendance Formats where you can maintain the attendance. I hope they might be of some help to you.

New Attendance Policy Effective January 2013
1. Working Days
- The working days of the company for all employees (full-time or otherwise) will be from Monday to Saturday. The timings are as follows:
- **Days/Timings:** Monday – Friday
- **Time in:** 10:00 am
- **Time out:** 06:00 pm
- The 1st and 3rd Saturday will be a half day. Employees must ensure that assigned tasks are completed before availing of the half day.
- Depending on the demands of the job role and work exigencies, employees may be required to work extra hours at the office to complete assigned tasks or work in a different shift, subject to approval from the reporting authority/management.
- Depending on the workload, weekly offs/half days on Saturday can be canceled by management at its discretion.
2. Weekly Offs
- Sunday, the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month will be the weekly off.
- Due to work exigencies, an employee may be expected to work on a weekly off or a public holiday on an exceptional basis.
3. Lunch Hours
- The company allows a 30-minute lunch break during the day.
- Lunch breaks can be taken anytime between 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm on a staggered schedule to ensure an employee's absence does not create a problem for peers or colleagues.
4. Attendance Guidelines
- All employees (full-time or otherwise) are required to mark their attendance by swiping their access card on the card reader located in the reception area of each floor in the morning as they walk in. Failure to do so might result in an absent mark for that particular day.
- The office will also maintain an attendance register to record employee attendance. At the end of the month, the Admin Department will prepare a consolidated attendance listing of all employees along with their attendance record and forward it to Management & Accounts Department.
- Employees must refrain from manipulation/falsification of attendance records, including proxy attendance. Employees may face strict disciplinary action if found guilty.
5. Late Arrivals/Flexibility to Come Late
- Employees are required to arrive by 10:00 a.m. However, a flexi-entry between 10:00 am and 11:00 am will be allowed with the intention of clocking in 8 hours for the day. Failing to do so will be treated as absence from work and deemed as a half day of absence. Repeated defaults will be considered indiscipline and can lead to strict disciplinary action from management.
6. Absence from Office
- Any employee who is outside the office during working hours should ensure that his/her immediate superior and the Admin Department are aware of his/her whereabouts and the nature of work assigned.
- Unauthorized absence from the office or absence without prior approval from the immediate superior will be considered indiscipline and will be dealt with accordingly.
