Hi,
In Statutory Compliances, we are following the rules and regulations as specified by our country's Labour Laws. We are maintaining the papers as per the office registered by the particular Acts. Offices may be registered under these Acts:
1. Shop and Establishment Act
2. Factory Act
3. Company Act
4. Contract Labour Act, etc.
Accordingly, we are maintaining the papers. Certain compliances like PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, etc., must be maintained by all offices registered under any Act.
Therefore, it would be better if you could let me know which one of the four Acts your office is associated with. Accordingly, I will provide you with the exact papers required for your office.
Thanks,
R. V. Singh
