Hi Shijit! I have also asked around, but there are seldom any specific case studies on training. In the contact classes, sometimes they hand out a few case studies which require the application of HR principles, including T&D. Also, check out the old question papers, all of which have at least one case study question. Solving case studies requires the application of all the theoretical knowledge you have gained. There is no one right answer or solution for a case study. It depends and differs based on individual perception. Hope this answers your query at least partly. Do keep in touch if you are still in the second semester.
