Hi Friends,
Presently, I am working as a recruiter in a recruitment agency in Bangalore. They are planning to shut down the recruitment process and focus solely on English and call center training. Recently, 10 days ago, I was promoted to a training coordinator position in the same company itself, which I do not like. Somehow, I have accepted it for the time being. Previously, I was handling recruitment for both ITES and Non-IT sectors (for hardly 9 months). However, I would prefer to work only in the HR domain. But this move towards training is a diversion from my field, and I am worried about how it will affect my career growth.
I am also looking for job opportunities in corporate for better prospects. Could anyone suggest what I should do in this regard?
