This is Balaji, Manager at Dell Elevators Pvt Ltd., Bangalore. I am looking for a female candidate for the position of Receptionist cum Accountant at my office located on Sarjapur Outer Ring Road.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in Commerce
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Tally software
- Married ladies are preferable but not compulsory
Responsibilities:
- Daily accounting entries in Tally package
- Voucher corrections
- Filing e-TDS returns
- Banking formalities
- Calculating and preparing monthly salary statements
- Assisting in maintaining ROC records
- Handling reception work, including phone call transfers and use of EPABX Board
- Managing the front office
- Guest interaction
- Receiving and passing messages
- Sending and receiving couriers
- Following up to maintain utility services of the office
- General office coordination
Salary: 1,44,000/- per annum
I am willing to pay service charges to consultancies.
For the past two months, I have been searching for suitable candidates but have not been successful. I am hoping to receive good responses through this forum.
