Hi, I am doing a summer training at one of the well-known banks in Mumbai. I am working on a project 'Employee Handbook'. This will include all the policies followed by the company. It will also have various procedures followed to avail facilities such as loans, etc.

So, can anyone suggest to me in what way I can make this manual interesting and user-friendly?

Waiting for your ideas.

Regards,
Sneha.

This link provides a very good explanation of what is essential for an employee handbook: http://www.onlinewbc.gov/docs/manage/hrpol_idx.html.

To make it more interesting, consider incorporating elements similar to what Reader's Digest does. Include management cartoons, jokes, quotes by employees, and motivational stories. While these may not be conventional, be creative and try something unconventional.
