Hi all,

My company has a quarterly in-house magazine for which we conduct two interviews with any employee. This time, I am tasked with interviewing an HR SPOC who is responsible for recruitment in my department. The questions asked will primarily relate to the job, while other questions can be more general in nature. Could you please suggest around 10 questions that I can ask the HR SPOC? The HR SPOC in question has been with the company for almost three years, conducting interviews, handling employment formalities, and more. I believe the questions should focus on his experience in HR management, the challenges he has faced, and so on. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
