Hi Poonam,

If you are looking for an HR policy for Indonesia, it's not for Indonesia but for your company in Indonesia, if I am not wrong?

The next point is you have to mention what subjects, in the form of various chapters, your company wants to frame policies for. You must have something for Recruitment, Salary Structure, Salary fixation for new and experienced personnel, Benefits inclusive of allowances, Annual Merit Increase, Promotions, Performance Measurements, Transfers, timekeeping, and attendance rules, etc., as part of your company policy. I don't understand what exactly you are looking for from the outside HR fraternity like us; we hardly know your company and its issues.

I believe the above subjects you can incorporate into your presentation as subjects of HR policy in a logical order.

Hi Poonam,

Requesting assistance with such short notice often results in no response. If you were in the place of the other members, it would be as difficult for you as it is for them today.
