You can go for a 2-year Diploma in Training and Development offered by the Institute of Training and Development (ISTD, Delhi). It is affiliated with the Ministry of Human Resources.

After I completed my MBA in HR in 2005, I have been working as an IT recruiter in IT staffing companies. My aim is to work in an organization where we can implement all the practices of HR.
What I want to ask is, how much do we have to work in consultancies/staffing companies before transitioning into corporates? Also, what courses would be useful at this stage of my career to have an edge?

There are no specifications that one should work in consultancy/staffing agencies before transitioning to corporates. Most companies conduct campus recruitments to hire fresh candidates, even from average institutes. Many people believe they should start their careers in consultancy and then move on to corporates.

If you have just started your career, why not consider taking an SAP course or an HRIS course? These courses would be beneficial since you are in the IT industry, where there is a high and increasing demand for SAP.
