Hi all,

What would be the best approach for appraising about 100 employees in a BPO? This appraisal would be the first of its kind as this is a startup.

On the same lines, is it feasible and fair to follow an 80-20 kind of appraisal? In the sense, 80% based on their floor performance and 20% based on their Supervisors' feedback?

Hi Gaurav,

I agree with Gaurang. If you are going for an appraisal, you have to consider the employees' behavior, sincerity at work, attendance, dressing, and their interactions with seniors and juniors, among other factors. Additionally, feedback from the production head is necessary.
