- For an organization looking to start a business in the mobile technology space, we are seeking an HR Head to partner with the Business in charting out its people strategy and setting up people processes and systems for growth.
- The individual will report to the CEO.
- Their deliverables in the first two years will include setting up HR operation systems (including recruitment, C&B, Employee Relations management, etc.), creating and implementing a people performance framework and processes, working with the management team to build the culture, and being the HR Advisor/Counselor to the Management team on matters related to people performance and culture.
- The ideal candidate will be a person with 10-12 years of experience in HR who has demonstrated success in managing HR Operations and OD and is comfortable in a startup environment.
- We are looking for someone with the energy and drive to manage a variety of responsibilities in an organization that is envisaged to grow at a frenetic pace.
- The position is based in Bangalore.
