I would like to inquire about the starting salaries in similar companies for a SAS Programmer and medical writer. All our employees hold master's degrees in biotechnology or bioinformatics.

Hi,
I am also working with one of the leading CROs in India, based in Gujarat. Pay packets are higher compared to other industries. For a fresh B.Pharm, we are offering 10K, and for a fresh M.Pharm, it would be around 13K. The salary also depends on the city where we are offering the position. If it is in a metro city, then the pay scale would be different.

I am a postgraduate in Pharmacy (M.Pharm in Pharmacology). Currently working in a clinical research company with 2 years of experience as a clinical research coordinator. I am a bit confused about where I should aim for my next career move, whether in QA for CRO, CRA, Medical Writing, Documentation, Clinical Data Management, or Clinical BPO.
