I am interested to know the recent salaries and allowances (traveling, lodging, and boarding allowances) for employees in engineering companies in India, specifically EPC (Engineering Procurement and Contracting) companies. A good example of such a company is Walchandnagar Industries.

It varies from Co. to Co. In EPC companies, in my knowledge, the CTC starts from 4.5 L for freshers and goes upto 35.00L for the experienced engineers of 25 yrs.
