In case you are interested, then you can go for a web-based survey. The features are:
- It's free of cost.
- It is an independent survey.
- It can be sent to employees in an email.
- The results can only be viewed and analyzed by you. Only you can forward it to them.
I have tried it and liked it quite a lot. Do let me know in case you need any information about this one.
