I am really sorry that most of you could not open the file. I am also sorry for replying to you so late. In fact, I was away to attend the Two-day 15th National Convention organized by IMCI on Value Creation Through Innovation And Knowledge Management held in Delhi on the 14th and 15th of March 2008.
I just can't explain my restlessness for the two days Parwez HR Rajdhani was off-route from CiteHRNetwork and diverted for routine maintenance to the IMCI sheds (convention). The service received there was splendid, and I shall soon be giving you all a fresh ride in the refurbished Coaches of Parwez HR Rajdhani with an additional MPFI (management professional for innovation) unit in the Brain.
Taking the ride back to the last station where most of you could not board the Statutory Compliance Coach, I am reattaching a group e-ticket to the train.
In case some of you are still unable to collect the tickets to board this train, please email for assistance at parwez.hussain@cdil.com. I shall send you individual e-tickets to your email IDs.

In our company, while calculating wages, 26 days for monthly wages are considered. However, for overtime (OT) calculation, 31/30 days are being used. I believe that OT calculations should be based on working days rather than calendar days. Could you please provide clarification on this matter?

I have never worked on Statutory compliances, PF, or ESI. In an interview, the interviewer asked me these questions. Can you please help me get the answers?
1. How many specimen signatures are required to fill the PF form? (total number of signatures of the employee)
2. What is the validity of the ESIC card? When does the card need to be renewed? Is the validity for one year, two years, or more than that?
3. What is the color of the PF form?
4. What is the color of the ESIC form?
5. If I submit the ESIC form online, what other documents are required to collect the ESIC cards from the ESIC office for each employee?

The attempt made is commendable. However, I would like to suggest that members first decide on the appropriate government authority and then refer to the State or Central rules formats. Subsequently, finalize the deadline by which the return is to be submitted and to which Central or State authority it should be sent.
Upon reviewing the information/chart regarding the submission of returns under various labor laws, I observed that the formats pertain to the Central Government. This implies that if the establishment falls under the purview of the Central Government, these formats should be utilized, and compliance should be ensured accordingly.
This submission is purely for informational purposes for those who need to submit returns under labor laws.
