Previously i was working in gurgaon. I got new job in bangalore. I want transfer my PF Please let me know the procedure and currently that MNC company closed down india operation doesn't exist. Please help out how to transfer my PF.

Hi Rudra,
For PF Transfer you need to fill the From 13 and submit to your current employer.
While filling up the form you have to give your previous PF number, address of the company and address of the regional PF Commissioner office, last working date in previous compnay, date of joining in new company.
Your Current employer have to fill certain portion and submit to PF Office where they have enrolled themself.
The amount of the previous compnay will come into your new account.

I was working for a company, in Mumbai and know I'm switching over to another job. I've worked with previous company for 1.3 yrs. Now I Don;t have any clue about PF should be withdrawn or transferred??
I'm thinking of Transfer, but I really don't know which of these two process are time consuming?? and which process is beneficiay among the two process in terms of Tax Benefits??

I have my PF A/C in Gujrat, & changed my job by Dec 2009 & No further communication with previous employer, after this,i have joined new firm (without PF A/c) for the period of 1.6 Year, at present from May -2012 i have my new PF account in Haryana PF Dept. ,can previous amount be transferred to new account, after the 2 year, bcoz in between Jan 2010 to Apr 2012, i have no PF account through employer.
Plz help me sir,
also Define the EE Rs & ER Rs.
