A manufacturing company has recently outsourced its HR activities to my firm. My boss has asked me to handle this client on my own. I have experience in the software industry, so I need some help creating an Employee Manual for a manufacturing firm. I have started reading the Labour Law, ESIC, and PF for the same. It would be really helpful if I could get some guidance. If anyone can send me the format for an Employee Manual of a Manufacturing Company, that would be great.
