Implemented of 4 Labour Codes, a Great Achievement in my HR Career.
I Ramesh, HR Head, gives me immense pleasure to inform that, I had successfully implemented 4 labour codes applicable to the organization with effect from 16th January, 2026, by this I am the first HR Head in South India implemented four labour codes in Organization, led the end-to-end rollout of the Labour Codes (Codes on Wages, OSH&WC code, IR Code & Social Security Code) with implementation in organization across three major locations, covering multiple manufacturing and corporate units and impacting 3,500+ workforce. I played a critical role in realigning wage structures, HR policies, compliance frameworks, and payroll systems, ensuring 100% statutory alignment with the new legal requirements within defined timelines.

My resulted in standardized labour practices across locations, improving governance consistency and management confidence.
