Dear Experts,
I trust all is well with you. We operate a manufacturing unit based in Chandigarh. Recently, we redesigned our letterhead format. There have been no changes to our address or any other details, merely the design of the letterhead.
However, we have issued Appointment Letters on the previous letterhead and Appraisal Letters on the new one. Some of our employees have voiced concerns about potential issues this might cause in the future when these documents are required.
We would greatly appreciate your expert advice on whether this could pose any problems for our employees or the company in the future. Your expert insights would be invaluable.

Dear Raj Kumar Chauhan,
Whatever the design of the letterhead may be, there are mandatory requirements for letterheads and websites of companies as per the Companies Act of 2013. To refer to the requirements, click the following link:
https://vishnudaya.com/mandatory-req...nies-act-2013/
If the requirements are fulfilled, then the employees can be told that the letterhead is legally valid. Therefore, there should not be any objections.
If the requirements are not fulfilled, then you may endorse a round seal and CIN number of the company to make it valid.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar
