You can prepare the new offer letter under the name of the new company and give it to the employees after you have resigned from the older company.

Inclusion in the New Offer Letter

In the new offer letter, you should include a note for the particular employee stating that it is continuous employment for the "employee's name and designation" at the "new company name" from the "name of the old company."

Information in Relieving and Experience Certificates

The same information should also be mentioned in the relieving and experience certificate in case any employee resigns. This approach ensures that it does not have a negative impact on the employees' professional career in terms of stability. It demonstrates that the employee did not switch companies but rather moved to continuous employment under a new company due to internal matters within the company.
