I'm working as an Executive HR. I want to prepare an induction manual. Can anybody provide me with some sample induction manuals so that I can prepare one? I'm not aware of the topics involved in an induction manual.

The induction process differs from business to business and industry to industry. It also depends on the corporate policies and procedures. I do not have any data for your request. However, I am enclosing a sample OCP for joining formalities for your reference. Please try to develop the OCP in a similar line. If you encounter any problems, please let me know.
