Please suggest what can be best to get FNF while working from home if the employer doesn't clarify FNF, blocks your number, doesn't respond at all, and also hasn't provided any release or formal mail at the time of access taken.

Dear member,
While raising the query, it is expected that the querist provides basic information such as the nature of the industry, designation of the person involved, length of service, the number of reportees, and why the employer has gone to the extent of stopping the Full and Final Settlement. Secondly, this is a formal HR forum. Therefore, it is expected that the members maintain a formal tone and refrain from using the language typical of social media.
Therefore, I request you to write your post clearly and provide sufficient background information. Without a complete understanding of the facts of the case, it will not be feasible to offer a credible solution. Furthermore, it will save time for both parties.
Thanks,

Thanks for writing me,
I would like to explain to you the exact situation. I was hired on a work-from-home basis by the owner of an IT company. I wasn't fully aware of the situation with them; they used multiple lies at the time of my joining. After 2 months, they abruptly revoked my access without any formal email, just a call, and within 5 minutes, all access was removed. On the same day, they instructed me over the phone to clear my Full and Final settlement and later asked me to wait for 45 days. However, after that period, they blocked my number and did not respond to any of my emails. The owner has done the same thing to multiple employees.
I need to know the best way to collect my unpaid dues. My salary for 1.5 months and my experience letter are pending, and it has already been 2 months since my last working day; he is not responding to anything.
