On 28 April 2010, I gave my resignation two days before I quit my job. As per the rule in my appointment letter, I can leave the job at any time by giving them one month's basic salary. I have worked for the company for three years. Now, they are not paying me the remaining salary and PF for those three years. What legal action can I take against the company?

First of all, you should send them a request letter through mail or registered post for a full and final settlement. If they deny your request, after one week, send a second letter. In this second request, refer to your initial letter and prompt them to reply within a week with reasons for not settling in full and final.
If they still do not respond, send a legal notice on your behalf. Refer to the written communication you had with the company through an advocate or labor officer in your area. By following these steps, you can secure your full and final settlement.
Hope this advice proves helpful to you.
