Hi, I started working with my relatives' company in 2018. The company is not registered. Since there are only 15 employees, we also do not have PF or TDS. No one's salary is more than 15k. The salary will be credited from my uncle's personal bank account with no deductions (the same for all employees). The company's profit is also much less (sometimes a loss), which is why my uncle never registered the company.
Now I am searching for a new job. Is it okay to add this company's experience? I have an offer letter and payslips (without PF) from this company, but no Form 16 or PF, etc.

It is acceptable to include your experience from the unregistered company in your job applications. However, it is crucial to be transparent about the company's status and lack of PF or TDS deductions. You can showcase your offer letter and payslips as proof of your employment. Since the company is not registered and does not provide PF or Form 16, potential employers may consider other forms of verification. It's advisable to highlight your skills, achievements, and contributions during your tenure at the company to demonstrate your capabilities effectively. Be prepared to explain the unique circumstances of your previous employment during interviews to provide clarity to prospective employers.
