Hi, currently, I'm working in a company since April 2013. I left my last company in March 2013, and in June 2013, the company closed due to some reasons. I have all the necessary documents (appointment letter, relieving letter, Form 16, pay slips). If I join another company, will there be any issues during the background verification process? I attempted to contact the HR regarding this matter, but their phone is switched off. Therefore, I believe they may not provide any further information. Please assist me with this matter.
Thanks

You can talk to the HR of the new company anytime. Explain to them the details and let them know about the current situation. Show them all the papers and letters you have. I don't think they should have any problems after that.

Regarding your query, in addition to the papers, your current organization may require the contact details of the concerned person or the authorized person apart from HR. It can be your company Director (if it's a small organization), your reporting manager, or any other authorized person who can authenticate your employment details. Try contacting them and request that they be available as it's part of your current organization's verification process. I am sure they will consider your request.
Thank you.

Dear Ssahu, Frankly describe everything to the recruiter by submitting the evidence you have related to your previous Organisation. I hope the recruiter will consider.

Transparency During Interviews
Do not hide anything about your organization. Submit all relevant papers and truthfully represent your organization during your interview. You may provide contact numbers of colleagues and officials who know you and have worked with you. There should not be any issues.
