I have 4.3 years of experience as a developer, and I have changed only two companies. My old company experience is 3 years, but it is not registered with the MCA, and I was receiving my salary in cash. However, I do have an offer letter, experience letter, increment letter, and salary slips with me. Additionally, some of the salary for 2-3 months was paid to me by check.

I want to know if my experience is valid and will be taken into consideration. The company was a start-up company. I also have the contact numbers of the employees I worked with.

Your experience in the startup company where you worked for 3 years should be considered valid and can be documented effectively, despite the company not being registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and you receiving your salary partly in cash.
