Worried About Background Checks? How MNCs Use UAN to Verify Past Employment

Does BGV check happens in an MNC using the UAN to check previous Employment? I have absconded from comp A and going to join Comp B�but I have a UAN number from Company A with Aadhar linked� Does HR really check the previous history using UAN?

Dear Anony, There is no certainty whether a company would use UAN to service history or not; however with UAN one can check all the places you have worked so far. Regards Rahul
