I didn't serve a notice period of 30 days but managed to obtain a relieving letter from the employer in an MNC company. The company had conducted a background verification using cfirst agency.
So my questions are:
Will this affect my future employment?
Will the company blacklist me from future employment?
What about the PF contributions, as the current company has opened a PF account as well?
Should I include this time period on my resume?
Can the company blacklist me at NASSCOM and NSR via cfirst?
Do I need to honestly mention my time period while giving interviews?
Can I apply to MNC companies in the future?
Please address these queries as I work in the IT industry in India. It's worrying me a lot.

Hi,
Will this affect my future employment?
No, as you have received the relieving letter from your company, it won't have any negative impact. You are legally relieved from the services, and the relieving letter serves as evidence for the same.
Will the company blacklist me from future employment?
Nope, it won't. If there were critical issues or legal obligations on your part towards the company, you would not have received the relieving letter, and therefore, you will not be blacklisted.
What about the PF contributions since the current company has opened a PF account?
If you have a payslip with a UAN number, you can check your PF contributions in the EPF portal. You can also transfer the PF to a new employer through the EPF portal.
Should I include this time period on my resume?
Yes, since you have the relieving letter, you can show this service on your resume.
Can the company blacklist me at NASSCOM and NSR via CFirst?
No, it won't. I don't see any legal or critical reason for this, especially since you have already received the letter.
Will I need to mention my time period honestly during interviews?
Yes, you should mention it honestly.
Can I apply to MNC companies in the future?
Yes, please do apply.

Hi,
The term "managed" sounds different. In my career, I have seen some employees manage to obtain the company's letterhead and generate the service certificate on their own. During the Background Check (BGC), this was discovered, and we initiated disciplinary action.
If you obtained your service certificate in a professional and ethical manner, you should not encounter any issues. However, if it was not obtained correctly, the present company can take action at any point during your employment with them or with other companies where you work throughout your career.
Thanks and regards,
