Dear Aditi, I recommend you pick up the thread of your career where you left off. The future of your career will depend on the companies you have worked for in the past and the type of work you have handled. Nevertheless, as far as HR is concerned, most things remain the same except for labor laws. Many labor laws have been changed. Therefore, it is important for you to keep abreast of those changes.
