Your Query: "1) Due Date for filing Annual Report under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 and 2) who is the district officer in Bangalore?"
An Advisory from Transformatix Team:
1. (a) By 31 Jan 2018 for the Calendar Year 2017;
(b) May use the Headings Format prescribed in Rule 14 of the Central Rules framed under the said Act and gazetted on 9.12.2013;
(c) The Annual Report is to be filed under the Signature of the Presiding Officers of the Internal Committees constituted for each of the Establishments of your Organization before the DO of the respective Districts of the respective State where your Establishments are located;
(d) A Copy of the said Report to be forwarded to the Employer for inclusion/incorporation in the Annual Report of the Directors/Heads of Institutions under Companies Act (Section 134) or other Acts as the case may be;
2. (a) Look for the Postal Address of the respective DOs online/Google it and send the AR via Registered Post AD.
