Thank you so much for uploading the report by ICSI. Today, one of the members of ICSI was arguing with me about this Act. The gentleman asked me to show specific provisions in the Act and was not ready to believe my views, even after I told him that I am giving a lecture on this subject. This report answers all his queries in the topic - Misconceptions about the Law. I am sure he will be convinced about his misconceptions after reading this report by his own Institute.
Implementation of the Act
The implementation of this Act is a big failure. I tend not to accept the findings of the Survey in the report when I find that a professional like a CS has many misconceptions about the Law. According to my own Survey, only 4% of companies have an ICC. I have not come across any LCC in the Mumbai Region.
