Recommend me at least take a long rest due to my bad health condition. So that's why i can not join again TCS and i have a fear that if i can not join again then they blacklist or abscond me and not consider me in the future but i have already inform my manager and they put on hold my on board joining. Dear Mohd Naeem Khan,
It is unfortunate that hardly you got a job in branded company like TCS and you suffered due to typhoid and some other ailment. However, typhoid is a curable disease. The recovery could take little longer owing to the both the ailments put together. Nevertheless, why you have written that "So that's why i can not join again TCS" is not understood. You could have asked for leave on medical grounds. It could be without pay but that does not matter. However, what made you to develop rock-solid belief that you cannot join TCS?. After dissociating mentally from TCS, you have gone further and asked how to "rejoin"!
Talk to HR, put up application for leave. Submit medical certificate from certified medical practitioner. Hopefully TCS authorities could show clemency.
Thanks,
Dinesh Divekar

Dear Khan, really what are you suffering from? Why can't you work night shifts? did you not know that you would be working night shifts before joining? Even in the future do you only want day shift work? What does "i am suffering typified" mean? Do you suffer from typhoid as Dinesh Divekar has assumed?

Dear Mr. Khan,
I was working with IT sector last many years I have never seen an organisation black listing an employee because he was not able to join on health ground. Blacklisting / declaring an employee absconding only happens if you don't inform the organisation and you vanish.
@ Seniors- Please correct me if I am wrong.
Thanks,
Priya

Dear Priya,
Balck-listing happens if the employee is involved in the activities of moral turpitude. Organisations black-list employees because of their anti-organisational activities. Case at hand is not serious enough that merits black-listing and the originator of the post is tilting at the windmills.
Thanks,

Dear friend khan,
These are initial stress and strain, the first entry bring in the most emotional feelings within you, from your writing it seems this is the first entry into the field of employment, be calm, take things as it is, and give the correct reason taking time in joining that is after short break...produce medical certificate and there is no need to panic... never get into emotional stress before doing a job...if it is not the first there you should check your health for future healthy life ....
