Dear HRs,

I want to know, is there any policy manual that needs to be signed by the employee after receiving an increment so that he/she will not be able to leave the company until a specific time, such as 6 months or 9 months, as per the company's rules and regulations? If yes, then please provide me with the same format.

1. Why do you want to restrict employees from leaving their jobs?
2. Instead, why not improve your HR policy?
3. Please identify the reasons that are compelling employees to resign.
4. Please acknowledge the reality that employees may choose to leave their jobs today or tomorrow, regardless of the benefits you offer them.

Remember, it's essential to create a positive and supportive work environment to retain employees.
