I am facing a problem in defining the incentive structure (financial and non-financial) for my organization. Our company deals in medicine raw material manufacturing and the healthcare side as well, such as mineral water, biogas, pharmacies, etc.
I would appreciate it if you could help me with what types of incentives can be considered to be helpful in employee motivation and also cost-effective.
