Sir, my concern is that initially, Mr. X filed an FIR against me. However, when the police became aware of the situation, they advised me to file an FIR against Mr. X. By that time, Mr. X had fled and returned after three days with a Medico-Legal Case (MLC). Despite this, he was still arrested by the police. Now, I am anxious about Mr. X potentially taking actions that could jeopardize my current job. My main worry is whether this matter going to court could impact my employment. Please advise if I should be concerned about him or not.
