Hi, My friend is working in a reputed MNC automobile company. He Joined in Sept 2013 and in probation period, and he is newly married and due to marital issues, his in-laws and his wife filed False FIR recently. and my friend's family is in process of fetching Anticipatory bail without arrest. Bail is awaited for 10 Days period. Please help by advising the right process to undertake to keep the career in that company alive. Current performance is fair to the Manager and his Directors and got recent appreciations too. He is hardworking and I know him from Childhood and he is a good personified character. Yet his life is in Adversity. Please revert ASAP to proceed with the Formalities immediately.

Your friend should apply for leave without pay in the company and must concentrate on personal issues and should try to resolve them as soon as possible.

-As it is the duty of employee to inform the employer, if criminal complaint registered against him, ask your friend to inform the co., that he is trapped under false case.
-If co., seeks clarity in it, let him request time to prove himself as innocent.
-As domestic violance case FIR done upon him, quash the FIR in State High Court, by appointing a senior counsel.
Though the matter is so serious, there are provisions to close the case immediately to prove him innocent
