Your query is vague, and the context in which you raised it is not understood. Are you a student or a professional?

Measuring Organizational Performance

To measure organizational performance, you may refer to various financial ratios. There are a large number of organizational ratios; however, their applicability needs to be assessed depending on the nature of the industry. The ratios are divided into the following categories:

a) Per Share Ratios
b) Profitability Ratios
c) Liquidity Ratios
d) Valuation Ratios

These ratios help us compare one company with another in the same industry.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I'm a student, and based on readings, there are two concepts to organizational performance measurements: objective and subjective measurements. I am developing the subjective measurements, which are non-financially related.

Dear Eliszura,

If you wish to know the non-financial indicators, then you may take guidance from the following web link: https://www.scribd.com/document/5096...rement-and-Non.

All the best!
