Can somebody help me with performance management data? I don't require personal information in this data, but I am mainly looking at the performance of the employees for various competencies. I am looking at bulk data if possible. Thank you.

Dear Yash,
You need to clarify your requirement.
Performance and competencies are two different concepts. Performance is defined as "The accomplishment of a given task measured against preset known standards of accuracy, completeness, cost, and speed. In a contract, performance is deemed to be the fulfillment of an obligation, in a manner that releases the performer from all liabilities under the contract." whereas the term Competency has been derived from competence and is defined as "A cluster of related abilities, commitments, knowledge, and skills that enable a person (or an organization) to act effectively in a job or situation."
Performance measurement is on two counts; one is to measure the performance of the organization and the second is to measure the performance of the personnel or department. Performance measurement is not to measure competencies. Competency mapping or competency measurement is a different matter. Competencies are measured to assess whether a person can deliver a certain level of performance or not. Without having the requisite competencies, it is not possible to deliver the performance.
I have been giving my posts on performance measurement or on the concepts of KPI/KRA, etc., on this forum. You may refer to the following reply to check one of the posts:
