For IT profile Use naukri and monster..also do job posting on chethna and freshersworld as these are very good source of IT recruitment. Also shine and careesma can be useful.

As per my 8+ years of experience in both sectors, I would suggest the following:
- Monster: IT requirements (Junior to Top Levels)
- Naukri: Non-IT requirements, regardless of domain and level.
Additionally, Firstnaukri is good for entry-level positions.
