After serving the notice period of three months, I trained my successor and handed over the responsibilities. However, the company is now stating that they will not issue an experience certificate. My contract was for two years, but in the terms and conditions, it was stated, "YOU MUST SERVE A MINIMUM OF 22 WORKING DAYS' NOTICE PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF YOUR FORMAL RESIGNATION, SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO END YOUR EMPLOYMENT. THE PERIOD CAN BE EITHER REDUCED OR INCREASED UP TO THREE MONTHS." I fulfilled my obligation by sincerely serving the three-month notice period. How can I obtain my experience letter?

You cannot force the organization to provide you with an experience certificate, but you can ask them to provide you with a relieving or acceptance certificate upon your resignation. This way, your experience certificate problem can also be resolved.
