I joined IDFC bank in Dec 2021 - Now I want to resign but I can’t serve a notice period so what can I do? I am also not capable to pay the salary for the notice period.

Sorry to state this, but first of all, why did you join if you are ready to leave the job in just two months? Do you want our advice on how to leave the organization without serving the notice period and without paying for it? I'm sorry, but this forum is not for promoting such unhealthy practices. If you are unable to serve or pay for the notice period, the only option is to approach the higher authorities and hope they understand your situation and allow you to leave the service without any encumbrance.

Agree wholeheartedly with my senior colleague KK! HR.

Over the last few months, there has been a substantial uptick in the number of people posting on the same subject here on CiteHR.

Perhaps we need a timely reminder to think very, very carefully before you accept a job offer and be very sure you want to work for the organization. It would appear to me that many people do not do adequate research on the prospective company to ensure it is a place they really want to work. After you have signed the contract, it is too late to change your mind.
