Hello Sir/Madam, I was working with a company for 1 year but could not serve my notice period, so I paid for the notice period and left. I then joined another company, worked for 2 years, and left systematically. Now, I have re-joined the previous company, but I have suddenly received an offer from a better company with a better package. Now, I have to abscond because the new company wants me to join immediately. Please advise. If the new company conducts a background verification, will my previous company reveal that I joined back and absconded now? Give me a better option because I don't want to miss this opportunity. I am in a very bad state of mind, please help.

Thanks in anticipation.

If you are really keen to go with the new offer then the only option is leave systematically again, follow their exit procedure and resign.

Background Verification Concerns

Will the new employer ask your existing company or not? No one can give a definite answer. However, most likely, they would conduct a Background Verification (BGV). You would be marked as an absconder in your present company, and the same information would be shared.

If you are not in a position to serve the notice period, then pay the notice in lieu of the notice period.

Your new employer will conduct a Background Verification (BGV) or not is something that depends on your new employer. How can we answer that?

If I provide a formal resignation and leave then can the employer black list me. Is it possible ?

If you provide a proper resignation letter, the company won't mark you as 'Abscond'. However, there is every possibility of being blacklisted for re-hiring in the future, which means you cannot apply to the same company again. Nevertheless, there shouldn't be any problem with other companies.
