I work in a consultancy in an executive role. The appointment letter I received states a 30-day notice period, and I wish to resign. What would happen if I leave without giving notice? Please advise me on a way to leave here within a week.

If your appointment letter states a 1-month notice period, you are required to give a 1-month notice. However, if you need to leave within a week, you can do so without giving notice. But, it is possible that your employer may not process your Full & Final Settlement.

Thank you.

Aur ye bhi ho sakta hai ki jitne dino ka aapka notice period baki hai. utne dino ka amount employer aapke full & final se deduct kar sakte hai.
