Activity on the Importance of the English Language for Technical Associates
I want to run an activity on the importance of the English language for technical associates. The participants are excellent in technical know-how; however, English language proficiency is becoming a barrier to their growth. I am looking for an activity in the form of experiential learning that will help them realize the importance of taking up language learning seriously.

By implementing training modules that focused on personal interaction in low-anxiety settings, the team embraced the training enthusiastically. Engagement, attendance, and training performance surpassed anything previously achieved by any training program.
