I have been working for a private company for the last 3 years and 8 months. I am now planning to resign from my current position as I have received another job offer that offers higher pay and more authority. I would like to inquire about the terminal benefits that are available from my current employment.

The terminal benefits that you are eligible for include only PF. (Terminal benefits are P.F. and Gratuity). Gratuity will only apply if you have completed 5 years of continuous service with the organization as per the Payment of Gratuity Act.
Hence, please check with your HR for the PF withdrawal process. If you wish to transfer your PF to a new employer, you may choose to do so. No employer has the right to stop your PF process.
I hope the above information satisfies your query.
