Could you please let me know if the ESI card is valid after leaving the organization and if it will remain valid after not contributing to the ESI scheme? For example, if someone is earning ₹14,500 and after an increment, they will be getting ₹18,000, then their contribution towards ESI will be zero. In this scenario, will they still be able to avail ESI card benefits or not?
