A very different approach as you go through the initial slides. Deming's 14 Points find a place, and that is nice. Perhaps adding a PDCA cycle slide would have been good. References have been made to Juran and Ishikawa. At least one slide on their contribution would have added further value. Next time, you may add Taguchi's contribution as well. The iceberg analogy to educate on hidden losses is another concept that can find a place. TQM philosophy is carried forward in a great way by JUSE. I wish one slide was added for that purpose. On the whole, a nice presentation that would help people understand the need for quality.
