Hi all, can anyone help me out with drafting a letter requesting senior employees to swipe their attendance cards daily when they enter the office? The major problem I face is that when employees arrive on time, they swipe the card, but when they are late, they do not swipe the card. This inconsistency makes it difficult for me to compile the daily attendance.
Kindly assist with some drafts.
Thanks.

Attendance Card Punching Policy
It is informed to all of you that as per our company policy, all employees must punch their attendance card (IN AND OUT TIME) in the Savior Machine starting from 16.12.2011. Anyone not punching the card will be marked absent for that day.
Those employees who have not been issued a card from the company should contact the TIME OFFICE for their card.

Understanding Senior Employees' Attendance Patterns
When you talk about seniors, what do you mean? They may have a different system—they may come late but stay late and also face challenges at home. When I was employed, I used to always be late. However, I invariably received phone calls almost daily from 7 AM onwards. The calls were from my boss, subordinates, and government officials. Without understanding what these seniors do, if you try to implement a punching system, it will not be appreciated.
