Attendance Codes

- Present: P
- Half Day: 0.5
- Comp Off: CO
- Sick Leave: SL
- Casual Leave: CL
- Privileged Leave: PL
- Declared Holiday: H
- Sunday: S
- Absent: A
- Leave: L

Additional Codes

- Holiday: H
- Half Day: 0.5
- Holiday Work: HW
- Night Shift: N
- Sunday: S
- Sunday Work: SW
- Without Information Absent: WA
- Leave: L
- Official Travel: T

Dear sir,

This is a good and nice post, but I have one problem. If an employee is on half-day leave, how is it calculated? In your format, it shows as absence and does not calculate in total days.
