Revised Forms for Provident Fund Processes
Form No. 2 is revised for new joining employees.
Intimation to PF Department
Form No. 5 is used to send intimation to the PF department.
Forms for Employees Leaving the Organization
Form No. 10 is for employees who have left the organization.
Forms Required for Withdrawing Provident Fund
Form No. 19, 10C, along with Forms 5, 10, and 3A, are required for withdrawing the provident fund.
Pension Benefits and EDLI Claims
Form No. 10D is used for availing pension benefits.
Form No. 5IF is for claiming EDLI.
